Sessions & Agenda

What topics or sessions can I expect?

The EWF Conference offers two primary tracks alongside main stage sessions and keynote presentations.

  • Keynote Sessions (Inspiring Voices from Industry Leaders)

Our Keynote Sessions bring together visionary leaders who are shaping the future of cybersecurity, risk, and leadership. These dynamic talks offer bold ideas, personal stories, and actionable insights designed to energize and empower our community. Prepare to be inspired by trailblazers who are driving real change across industries.

  • Technical Track (45-minute to 90-minute sessions for 1-4 speakers)

Industry experts deliver timely insights and practical know-how across network security, AI, operations, risk management, privacy, and regulatory landscapes. Speakers share hard-won lessons from real-world scenarios to empower attendees to expand their own practices and boost their career impact.

  • Leadership Track (45-minute sessions for 1-3 speakers)

Focuses on the critical capabilities needed to flourish in the AI era. Attendees will develop essential leadership strengths, learn sustainable work–life integration practices, and gain outcome‑oriented approaches that accelerate career growth and drive measurable results.

  • Lightning Talks (4-minute sessions for 1 speaker)

7-8 speakers deliver talks designed to enlighten, engage and inspire for four minutes each. If you have an impactful story to share, a bravery or accelerating impact in leadership or technology story — we encourage you to submit a Lightning Talk.

  • Wisdom Circles (45-minute, moderator-led small group roundtable discussions)

Small, collaborative conversations with 20 attendees designed for deep dives into highly specific topics that matter to a focused subset of conference attendees. Unlike broader and larger sessions, Wisdom Circles work best when the topic is narrow enough that participants share a common challenge, experience, or technical interest.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the EWF Conference experience, you may peruse the agenda from our 2025 event linked here.

What networking opportunities are available?

Attendees can connect through structured networking sessions, breakout discussions, Wisdom Circles, and evening receptions. Additionally, the conference includes a Welcome Reception and the Themed Party, a signature night of fun.

When will the agenda be available?

The full agenda will be published by mid-late June. Be sure to check our website for updates! Some sessions require pre-registration, while others are open to all attendees. Details on session sign-ups will be shared once the agenda is finalized.

Will sessions be recorded for on-demand viewing?

Select sessions will be available to EWF Members to view approximately one month after the conference via EWF CONNECT.

Is the Conference Continuing Education Credit (CPE) eligible? How do I receive my CPEs after attending the EWF Conference?

Yes, our conference is eligible for CPE credits. You can obtain CPE credits as long as you are scanned in at the session (maximum one (1) session per time slot). You will be emailed your CPE credits around a week after the conference concludes.

Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders for an email from conference@ewfglobal.com. We will have hyperlinks in the email to download your certificate, so be sure to be aware of security measures.

How to Combat Altitude Sickness

Altitude sickness can affect anyone traveling to elevations above 8,000 feet, causing headaches, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, and sleep issues. The key is prevention—preparing your body before arrival and taking it slow once you’re there. Staying hydrated, avoiding alcohol, eating well, and listening to your body can significantly reduce symptoms.

Before You Go

  • Hydrate well starting 24–48 hours before travel
  • Limit alcohol and caffeine
  • Improve aerobic fitness (helps stamina, not prevention)
  • Talk to a doctor about preventive medication if needed, Acetazolamide (Diamox) helps your body acclimatize faster.

When You Arrive

  • Take it easy for the first 24–48 hours
  • Continue drinking water regularly
  • Eat light, high-carbohydrate meals
  • Avoid alcohol at first
  • Watch for early symptoms (headache, nausea, fatigue)
