Allyship Award Nomination
The EWF Allyship Award, established in 2021, recognizes executives who support women within their organizations. Originally named the EWF Male Catalyst Award, it now embraces inclusivity, honoring both men and women who champion women’s success in our male-dominated field. The award celebrates those who actively support and empower women to reach their full potential.

Nominate a Peer, or Yourself!
Do you know a leader who deserves to be acknowledged for their allyship? Do YOU deserve to be recognized?
2026 Nominations extended to Friday, June 19.
A panel of judges selects the 3 finalists from the nominations. The recipient will be presented with the award at an in-person ceremony during the conference. While the conference is restricted to women leaders, it is complimentary for all Allyship Award recipients (male and female) to attend the Luncheon Awards Ceremony. Female finalists who attend the conference can do so at a discounted rate. Travel and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the finalists. If a finalist cannot attend in person, they will be given an option to record an acceptance.
